How to Order

Placing orders is fun and easy with our step-by-step checkout process! Simply add items to your Shopping Cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button found on each product page. Once added, you can update quantities and remove items by clicking the "My Cart" link in our top navigation bar. Once you're happy with your selections, click "Checkout" and follow our easy 3-step checkout process.

STEP ONE: CUSTOMER INFORMATION

You will also be asked to create an account, which will allow you to track your order status online. For your security, we do not store any credit card information in your online account.

Once your account has been created, you will be asked to enter your shipping, billing and email address along with a phone number. This information allows us to ship your package to the appropriate destination and contact you if there is an issue with your order.

• You can provide different shipping and billing addresses to ship orders to friends and family.
• Your billing address must match the address on your credit card account.
• If you already have an account with us, you can skip this step by signing in!

STEP TWO: SHIPPING, COUPONS & GIFT CERTIFICATES

On our second checkout page, you will be asked to select a shipping method. You can learn more about our shipping policy here. If the subtotal of your order is over $99.99, Free Shipping will be automatically selected. For rush shipping options, click "Click here for rates."

After you've selected a shipping option, you may enter coupons or gift certificates.

Finally, we ask that you agree to our policies prior to checking out. Simply click the checkbox.

STEP THREE: REVIEW AND PAYMENT

Our last checkout page asks that you review your order and provide payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Google Checkout. After entering your information, click the "Place Your Order" button.

• Please click the purchase button only once to avoid duplicate orders.
• Your credit card will be charged immediately.

CONFIRMATION

At the end of the checkout process, you will be provided with a receipt. You will also receive email updates about your order, including:

• Your Receipt
• Shipment Confirmation(s) with Tracking Number(s)
• Backorder or Cancelation Notices
